• There is a $590 annual deductible on tier 3-5 medications prior to being covered. 
• After the deductible medication costs are based on the tier of the prescription.

• In 2025 there is a $2,000 annual out of pocket maximum on covered medications. 

• There is a new Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (MPPP) option that allows you to spread your cost‑sharing over the remaining months of the plan year.
