• Plan: You enrolled in a Medicare Supplement Plan, Humana Value Plan C 
• Network Details: This plan allows you to see any doctor, hospital, or healthcare provider that accepts Medicare.
• There is no deductible that has to be met with Medicare Supplement Plan C.

• Medicare Supplement Plan C:

  • Core Coverage:
    • Medicare Supplement Plan C is designed to help cover some of the out-of-pocket costs associated with Original Medicare (Parts A and B).
    • It typically covers:
      • Medicare Part A coinsurance and hospital costs.
      • Medicare Part B coinsurance.
      • The Medicare Part A deductible.
      • Skilled nursing facility care coinsurance.
      • Hospice care coinsurance or copayments.
      • The first three pints of blood.
      • Foreign travel emergency care.
