• Plan: You enrolled in a Medicare Supplement Plan, Humana Value Plan F
• Network Details: This plan allows you to see any doctor, hospital, or healthcare provider that accepts Medicare.
• Plan F has no deductible that has to be met before Medicare and the supplemental coverage pay for any Medicare approved service.

• Plan F Coverage:

  • Extensive Coverage: Plan F offers broad coverage for many out-of-pocket Medicare costs, including:

    • Part A deductible
    • Part A coinsurance and hospital costs
    • Part B coinsurance and copayments
    • Part B excess charges (when providers charge above the Medicare-approved amount)
    • Part A hospice care coinsurance and copayments
    • Skilled nursing facility care coinsurance
    • First three pints of blood
    • Foreign travel emergency care (80% coverage)
