UnitedHealthcare Medicare Supplement Plan N is designed to help cover the "gaps" in Original Medicare (Parts A and B), thus reducing out-of-pocket healthcare costs.

  • Network Details: This plan allows you to see any doctor, hospital, or healthcare provider that accepts Medicare.
  • Plan N has a $257 annual deductible for Part B services.
  • Here's a summary of its key details and resources:

    Plan N Coverage Highlights:

    • Medicare Part A Coverage:
      • Covers the Part A deductible.
      • Covers Part A coinsurance and hospital costs.
      • Covers skilled nursing facility care coinsurance.
      • Covers Part A hospice care coinsurance and copayments.
    • Medicare Part B Coverage:
      • Covers 100% of Part B coinsurance, with some exceptions.
      • Requires copayments: up to $20 for some doctor's office visits and up to $50 for emergency room visits (if not admitted).
      • Does not cover Medicare Part B excess charges.
    • Other Benefits:
      • Covers the first three pints of blood.
      • Provides foreign travel emergency care (80% coverage).

    Key Considerations:
