You Are Not Alone — And You Have Good Options

When a Medicare Advantage plan cancels, it affects every enrolled member in the service area simultaneously. It can feel sudden and overwhelming — especially when you have doctors you depend on and medications you rely on.

The good news is that federal law guarantees you special enrollment rights during this period. That means on certain plan options insurance companies, cannot deny you coverage or charge you higher premiums based on your health history. This is a significant protection that does not exist during normal enrollment periods.

What you need right now is not a rushed decision — it's a clear conversation with someone who knows the New Jersey Medicare market, knows your options, and has no financial incentive to push you toward any specific plan. That's exactly what we do.
